Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Anannt Education Platform. By using the platform, you agree to use it only for authorized education, counseling, academic, family, and administrative purposes.
Authorized Use
You may access the platform only if you are an authorized user. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for notifying Anannt Education of suspected unauthorized access or misuse.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respect confidentiality obligations, use student and family information appropriately, follow applicable policies, and avoid actions that could disrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform or other users.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not attempt unauthorized access, share credentials, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer the platform, bypass security controls, misuse personal information, or use the platform for purposes unrelated to authorized education operations.
Content and Records
Users and participating organizations remain responsible for information they enter or upload. The platform may store records, documents, notes, tasks, and communications needed to support student journeys and operational workflows.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep the platform reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control. Features, workflows, and these Terms may be updated from time to time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anannt Education is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the platform.
